I installed the Spa and Salon Theme and after a few issues I was in touch with Yojana and Ashish. They were so commited in solving my issue and worked hard, even through weekend to solve my problem. Now theme is working great and I’m grateful with the Rara Themes Support Team! They are the best.

The support was fast and helped to adjust minor things I wanted to look differently.

I downloaded the free version of Spa and Salon Pro and had a few questions regarding the theme. Contacted Rara Support and with a few hours, I had my reply.

They’re easy to configure the theme and excellent support prompted me to purchase the PRO version of their Theme. All along they have been easy to contact (direct from the Theme), all replies the same day, asked two questions at 07.40 this morning reply 07.56. No matter how small or big the issue is, they reply with resolve and without further charge.

They genuinely do support their Themes. Last year I celebrated 30 years running my own IT company and for 19 of those years been involved in Web development I can honestly say Rara Themes are in my top 3 for value and support.

I used the Spa and Salon Pro theme for my website, and I’m totally happy with the results. It does everything I would expect from a website, it looks good and it functions properly. I wanted to modify the appearance, and instead of using a trial and error approach, I just contacted customer support and asked them how to do it. The next morning their reply was in my inbox. I followed the instructions and it worked perfectly!

The theme is beautiful but the support is awesome considering that is a free product. I’ve had some request and the support team replied me back in a short time with the right answers and helped me a lot.

I’m not affiliated in any way with them and sincerely I cannot understand how someone can give them a one star rating. Probably envy competitors or something like that. My experience was top notch!

Lots of work done on this theme by the designers and thus lots of work to do as a front end developer. I’ve encountered a few edits I couldn’t see how to do and the themes support resolved my questions each time within 24hours. I recommend the spa pro theme.

I love this theme and it has been super adaptable. They have been beyond super helpful about providing me with custom CSS codes to change the pro version to fit my needs and helping me when I am freaking out about what went wrong. I am updating this review years later because they are still incredibly helpful. I just updated my site and made a bunch of changes. They provided me with all the support I needed to be able to adapt the theme to my vision. They are also responsive to ideas about useful add ons and have said they will add them to the next version. They don’t work on weekends, but get back have always gotten back to me the next business day. They have been patient and attentive with my many many questions. I was hesitant because of the bad reviews, but I have nothing but praise for their support and the functionality of their theme.
